1.2 Terms of Service: These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all visitors and users of the App, Website and Services (collectively referred to as "you," "your," and "Users"). We may modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion by posting a notice on the Website or mobile application ("App"). 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations or mediation. The arbitration will take place in the State of Delaware, USA, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@getemma.io. Upon termination, your right to access and use the App will cease. We may also terminate your account if you breach any of these Terms.
